Reservation and deposit:

Your reservation is valid upon receipt of the agreed deposit.

Pricing details:

All prices are in euros including VAT, plus tax (currently € 2.80 per person from 15+). Prices for rooms, suites and hotel apartments are per person per night.

Prices for the Sonntal apartments are per apartment per night plus cleaning fee.

Supplements:

For stays less than 3 nights a supplement is charged.

Single supplement from € 10.- per person and night

Child reductions on the regular room with 2 full paying adults in a shared room:

00-03 years: free

04-13 years: 50%

14-17 years: 30%

Over 18 years: 10%

Pets:

Are allowed on request. Cost: € 8 per night without food.

Please understand that pets are not allowed in the spa and outdoor swimming pool out of consideration to the other guests.In the restaurant area dogs are allowed, provided they stay under the table.

Check-in:

Booked rooms are available from approximately 14:00.

Departure:

Check-out is at 10:00.

Cancellation policy:

Under the terms of the Austrian Hotel Association following cancellation conditions apply:

Up until 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge .

3 months to 1 month prior to arrival 30 % of the price .

1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 % of the price .

Within the last week prior to arrival 90 % of the price .

In case of early departure 100 % .

Payment terms:

For payment and pre payment by other currencies of any kind we charge the usual bank charges. Payment by electronic debit card , Visa and MasterCard is possible .
